Due to weddings and events being scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sundays, tours are offered on Mondays and Thursdays.
We offer one open house a month on a weekend (usually a Sunday) to accommodate couples who cannot tour during the week (availability permitting).
Evermore Ridge venue has a maximum capacity of 160 guests from April 1 through middle of November.
For weddings and events scheduled from the week of Thanksgiving through the end of March, our maximum capacity is 100 guests. This is to ensure couples, and their guests remain comfortable since it is our winter season, and the duration of your event will be located inside.
To book Evermore Ridge venue, we require a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is typically due 6 months prior to your event date unless the event is booked within a shorter timeframe. For events booked within a shorter timeframe, the final payment due date will be outlined in your contract.
Evermore Ridge offers several accessible features for guests:
While the parking lot is gravel, we provide five designated handicap parking spaces located closest to the concrete sidewalk.
From there, concrete sidewalks extend all the way to the outdoor ceremony site, and a concrete ramp at the front of the building provides direct access into the reception barn.
Both the men’s and women’s restrooms include a larger, handicap-accessible stall.
-Evermore Ridge LLC does not provide or serve alcohol; it is the sole responsibility of the client.
-The client may BYOB if they are serving only beer and wine.
-We have a “no shot” policy in place.
-A licensed bartender is required to be hired for the duration of the event if the client has liquor served during their event.
-Only liquor served by the licensed bartender hired by the client may be consumed during events at Evermore Ridge LLC. Guests are not permitted to bring or consume outside liquor.
Evermore Ridge LLC is not responsible for any alcohol related incidents or damage, and any incidents or damage will be the responsibility of the client.
Yes! Our covered sunset patio or the white reception barn can double as a beautiful ceremony location!
Pets are allowed for weddings only. You may bring your pet for your ceremony only. They must arrive right before your ceremony and leave after your ceremony. There are no pets allowed inside the venue barn. Specific rules for pets are outlined in our contract.
We do not include a coordinator in our price. Our price includes what is outlined in our amenities (listed at the bottom of our home page).
We do have coordinators and decorators we recommend, and they are included on our preferred vendors list that is given to all couples that book with Evermore Ridge venue.
Yes! At Evermore Ridge we believe in being flexible with vendors.
We want you to be able to create your dream wedding or event and that means choosing your dream vendor team! Evermore Ridge does have a preferred vendors list of vendors that we know and trust, but you are more than welcome to use any vendors you would like.
There are 4 parking spaces reserved for handicap which are closest to the sidewalk and clearly marked by "handicap only" signs.
There are 3 "vendor only" parking spaces that are clearly marked near the white decor shed. We kindly ask no one other than designated vendors use these spaces. Vendors have an abundance of equipment and supplies and need to be located near the venue.
All other guests will park in either the gravel or grass parking lot. There are two rows. One row that faces the tree line and one that faces the road. There are parking blocks that clearly start each row, and these rows continue into our grass field.
Located just off the reception space, there are men’s and women’s restrooms, each with two stalls and two sinks. Both restrooms include a larger, handicap-accessible stall.
There is also a full bathroom located in the bridal suite and a half bathroom located in the groom's lounge.

For your ceremony, we provide benches which seat around 120 guests and 50 matching chairs.
For your reception, we provide ten round tables, ten 8-foot-long rectangular tables, two 6-foot-long rectangular tables and160 mahogany brown chiavari chairs.
For cocktail hour, we provide 6 high top cocktail tables.
Evermore Ridge venue does not provide linens.
Evermore Ridge is not responsible for set up or break down of events. All tables and chairs will be onsite, and the client is responsible for setting up their event exactly as they envision!
Break down requires the client to remove all of their décor and remove all trash and place into the dumpster onsite.
The only extra cost to the client is Evermore Ridge requires event insurance. Event insurance costs around $120.
Details about required event insurance is outlined in our contract and a link to a reputable website is on our preferred vendors list.
Our prep kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer combo and countertop space for your caterer. There is no oven available.
As a veteran owned and operated venue, we offer a 5% military discount if the bride or groom is currently serving or is a veteran.
We also offer this discount if the bride or groom is full time law enforcement.
