Availability permitting, we offer an open house to come tour the venue one Sunday a month to try to accommodate couples who cannot tour on Mondays or Thursdays.
Open-Air Chapel: Beautiful timber frame outdoor open-air chapel with 18 benches and additional 50 matching chairs. Our concrete sidewalk extends from the parking lot all the way to the ceremony site which makes our outdoor ceremony site handicap accessible and allows for easy access for all guests!
Evermore Ridge Modern Barndominium: Our gorgeous, 2,400 sqft white-washed barn, perfect for your wedding reception, with curved grand staircase, glass garage doors and seating for 150 inside.
Sunset Patio: The large 1,200 sqft, covered patio with stone fireplace. The perfect setting for cocktail hour and can also be used for additional guest seating.
Bridal Suite: with full bath ensuite, 5 make up vanities and gorgeous plush seating. A picture-perfect setting for your getting ready photos!
Grooms Lounge: with attached 140 sqft balcony, mini bar, tv and private half bathroom.
Access to our decor shed full of wedding decor that may be used free of charge!

Evermore Ridge venue has a maximum capacity of 160 guests. For weddings and events scheduled from the week of Thanksgiving through the end of March, our maximum capacity is 100 guests. This is to ensure couples, and their guests remain comfortable since it is our winter season, and the duration of your event will be located inside.
We do not provide or serve alcohol; it is the sole responsibility of the client. We have a “no shot” policy in place and require a licensed bartender to be hired for the duration of your event if the client would like liquor to be served. We also require "host liquor insurance" to be purchased by the client (part of the required event insurance and costs around $120). Evermore Ridge LLC is not responsible for any alcohol related incidents or damage, and any incidents or damage will be the responsibility of the client.
We require half of the total cost of the venue down as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. The remaining balance due date is outlined in our contract. All payments are non-refundable.
Pets are allowed for weddings only. You may bring your pet for your ceremony only. They must arrive right before your ceremony and leave after your ceremony. There are no pets allowed inside the venue. Specific rules for pets/animals are outlined in our wedding venue contract.
Yes! Our beautiful, covered patio can be used or the white barndominium can also serve as a beautiful ceremony location.
The only extra cost to the client is Evermore Ridge requires event insurance. Event insurance costs around $120. Details about required event insurance is outlined in our contract and a link to a reputable website is on our preferred vendors list.
Due to increased demand, weddings and events held on a holiday or holiday weekend are subject to special pricing. We’re happy to share current holiday availability and pricing details. Feel free to contact us to learn more!
Yes! At Evermore Ridge we believe in being flexible with vendors. We want you to be able to create your dream wedding or event and that means choosing your vendors. Evermore Ridge does have a preferred vendors list of vendors that we know and trust, but you are more than welcome to use any vendors you would like.
We do not include a coordinator in our price. Our price includes what is outlined in our amenities. We do have coordinators/decorators we recommend, and they are included on our preferred vendors list that is given to all couples that book at Evermore Ridge.
Yes! We can host any type of event from baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, vow renewals and more. These events are priced based on the details of the event. Please contact us for a quote!
Events other than weddings can be scheduled Sunday through Thursday.
Fridays and Saturdays are specifically reserved for weddings.
We have a designated parking area for your guests and designated handicap/vendor parking within close proximity to the venue. We can park around 35-40 cars in our gravel lot and all remaining guests can park in our grass lot.
There are two stalls in the men’s and two stalls in the women’s restroom, each have one handicap accessible stall. A full bathroom is located in the bridal suite, and a half bathroom is located in the groom's lounge.
For your ceremony, we provide benches which seat around 120 guests and 50 matching chairs.
For your reception, we provide ten round tables, ten 8-foot-long rectangular tables, two 6-foot-long rectangular tables, and 160 mahogany brown chiavari chairs.
For cocktail hour, we provide 6 high top cocktail tables.
Evermore Ridge venue does not provide linens.
Evermore Ridge is not responsible for set up or break down of events. All tables/chairs will be onsite, and the client is responsible for setting up their event exactly as they envision! Break down requires the client to remove all of their décor and remove all trash and place into the dumpster onsite.
Our prep kitchen includes a large refrigerator and countertop space for your caterer. There is no oven available.
