One of the many reasons wedding planning can be stressful is the challenge of finding, contacting, and booking reputable and reliable wedding vendors. More specifically, selecting not only the perfect venue, but a venue that you can trust is one of the most significant decisions you'll make throughout wedding planning. At Evermore Ridge, we prioritize creating an environment that promotes transparency and open communication, ensuring you can trust us with one of the most significant days of your life from the moment you discover us.

This guide will give you a glance at how easy we have made it to contact us, request a tour, and book our luxurious West Virginia wedding venue near Summersville, WV.

Contacting Us

Starting your journey with us is simple. Your first step is to reach out and we try to make contacting us as easy as possible! Your preferred way of reaching out is likely among the numerous contact options we offer. Here's a specific list on ways to contact us:

We offer all these different ways because we want our couples to feel comfortable from the very first time they contact us. Our goal is to always be approachable, answer all your questions and make the process as stress-free as possible. We are always ready to help!

Requesting a Tour of Our Luxurious West Virginia Wedding Venue

We understand that seeing our venue in person is essential to your decision-making. A tour will allow you to envision your wedding day at Evermore Ridge.

Once we receive your inquiry and answer your initial questions, we will set up a tour and do our best to work with your schedule! Keep in mind, we have private events nearly every Friday, Saturday and some Sundays. This makes scheduling tours on those days more difficult since the venue is closed to anyone other than the couple and their guests for the duration of their event. Other than when we have events scheduled, we are very flexible and will do our best to get your tour scheduled at your convenience.

Making the Decision

Now that you have toured our luxurious wedding venue near Summersville, WV, it's time to sit down with your partner and make a decision.

Reflect on how well the venue aligns with your overall vision for your special day. Evermore Ridge wedding venue was specifically designed to be the perfect blank canvas for your wedding day. Our goal was to create a space that is stunning, without oversetting the theme, allowing you to easily tailor the venue to your vision.

If you decide that Evermore Ridge fulfills your vision, it’s time to proceed to the booking process.

The Booking Process

Securing your wedding venue should be an easy and stress-free experience. We have worked diligently to create an easy user-friendly booking process.

Step 1: Confirm Availability

We’ll double check if your desired date is free. If it is, we'll send you a detailed contract that includes pricing, payment schedules, and policies. Best part? It's digital! Our user-friendly program allows for you to do everything from your phone, computer or tablet.

Step 2: Review and Sign the Contract

Take your time to go over the contract. It's important that everything meets your expectations. When you are ready, sign the contract and hit submit. We will automatically be notified as soon as you submit your contract!

Step 3: Initial Retainer Payment

To officially reserve your date, an initial retainer (also known as a deposit) is needed. We try to make payment as easy as possible. We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit and debit card (there is a small fee when using credit and debit cards). If you're using a credit or debit card, upon signing your contract, the program will guide you straight to the payment process, making it as simple as buying anything else online!

Step 4: Plan Your Wedding

Congratulations! You have successfully booked our luxurious West Virginia wedding venue. Now, the fun begins. Start planning the rest of your wedding details. We are always available to help with referrals to trusted vendors, layout designs, and any other assistance you may need.

Remember, we are here to support you throughout the planning of your dream wedding!
