THE GUEST EXPERIENCE AT EVERMORE RIDGE WEDDING VENUE

There are 5 parking spaces reserved for handicap which are closest to the sidewalk and clearly marked by "handicap only" signs. There are 3 "vendor only" parking spaces that are clearly marked near the white decor shed. We kindly ask no one other than designated vendors use these spaces. Vendors have an abundance of equipment and supplies and need to be located near the venue. All other guests will park in either the gravel or grass parking lot. There are two rows. One row that faces the tree line and one that faces the road. There are parking blocks that clearly start each row, and these rows continue into our grass field.

Out of respect for the couple and their event timeline, please plan to arrive no more than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. The ideal arrival window is 10–15 minutes prior to the event. Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes early may be asked to remain in their vehicles until the couple is ready to welcome them.

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to proceed directly to the outdoor ceremony location. This is easily accessible following the concrete sidewalk from the gravel parking lot, down the front of the barn and around the corner. You will see the Arch at Evermore Ridge as your round the corner with benches for guest seating. For your comfort, we recommend arriving no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony, with the ideal arrival time being 10–15 minutes prior. Guests who arrive earlier will be waiting outside at the ceremony site until the ceremony begins, which may involve sitting or standing in the weather. We also encourage guests to use the restroom before arriving, as the on-site restrooms are located off the indoor reception space. During this time, the couple is often participating in special moments, such as first looks, and we aim to avoid interruptions.

Most wedding ceremonies take place outdoors at our stunning timber frame ceremony arch. This area is easily accessible, with concrete sidewalks connecting it to the gravel parking lot and directly to the barndominium. The white barndominium-style barn is where couples host their wedding reception. It can also be used for events such as bridal showers and baby showers. This space features large fans and beautiful glass garage doors, which are typically kept open to allow for ample airflow. Please note that this space is not climate controlled. Located just off the reception area are men’s and women’s restrooms, each with two stalls and two sinks. Both restrooms include a larger, handicap-accessible stall. Attached to the barndominium is a spacious covered patio, known as Sunset Patio. Clients may choose to use propane patio heaters in this area, and a large gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months. We kindly ask that guests do not access the private suites which are located on the second story. These areas are reserved exclusively for the couple, their wedding party, and immediate family participating in the ceremony.

Evermore Ridge offers several accessible features for guests: While the parking lot is gravel, we provide five designated handicap parking spaces located closest to the concrete sidewalk. From there, concrete sidewalks extend all the way to the outdoor ceremony site, and a concrete ramp at the front of the building provides direct access into the reception barn. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms include a larger, handicap-accessible stall.

Yes! Our covered patio and white barndominium both serve as beautiful ceremony backup options. However, the final decision on ceremony location, outdoors, on the covered patio, or inside the barndominium, is made by the couple. Please note that many couples choose to proceed with an outdoor ceremony regardless of weather, so we recommend guests come prepared to be seated outside for the duration of the ceremony.

-Evermore Ridge LLC does not provide or serve alcohol; it is the sole responsibility of the client. -We have a “no shot” policy in place and if guests are seen taking shots, they will be asked to leave Evermore Ridge LLC property. -A licensed bartender is required to be hired for the duration of the event if the client has liquor served during their event. -Only liquor served by the licensed bartender hired by the client may be consumed during events at Evermore Ridge LLC. Guests are not permitted to bring or consume outside liquor. Any guest found drinking liquor not served by the licensed bartender will be asked to leave the property. Evermore Ridge LLC is not responsible for any alcohol related incidents or damage, and any incidents or damage will be the responsibility of the client.

Pets of guests are not permitted at events at Evermore Ridge LLC. The only exception is for designated service animals assisting a guest. We kindly ask that all other pets be left at home.
