Saint Patrick's Day is a special celebration filled with vibrant greens, shamrocks, and joy. For expecting parents, this year offers even more excitement. So how can create a gender reveal event that embraces the festive spirit of Saint Patrick's Day?
If you're expecting, you're not just lucky, you're blessed! Imagine celebrating not only the luck of the Irish, but also the blessing of your little one on the way! A Saint Patrick's Day gender reveal at our venue near Charleston, WV, can be a fun way to share the big news.

Themed Attire & Decor
Engage your guests by encouraging them to wear green or their best “Irish” outfits. If they aren't wearing green, they risk getting pinched! This not only fits the theme but also keeps the atmosphere lively and exciting. The guests at my gender reveal were awesome and went all out without me event asking! These girls, pictured to the right, surprised me with these festive outfits!
To create a festive mood, incorporate classic Irish decorations with a celebratory twist. Use decorations in shades of green, gold (or rose gold if you want it to be girly), and white. Streamers, balloons, shamrock decor, rainbow decor and themed tableware will help set the stage for your big reveal. I found inspiration on Pinterest and discovered adorable decor options on Etsy! To cut costs, I chose to DIY (with help from Imagine Designs by Beck!) most of the gender reveal decorations, but here are some links to where similar items can be bought!

Culinary Delights
Food plays a key role in any celebration and can further enhance your Saint Patrick's Day theme. We chose to do a "Lucky Charms" cake, and I found this "Lad or Lass" cake topper on amazon (link to topper). The cake itself was made by Dickerson's Delicious Desserts (link to her Facebook). She has made several cakes for me over the years and never disappoints!
